Are people crazy about your brand?

Went to see Psycho last night at the Bryant Park Summer Film Festival.

Since the event is sponsored by HBO and Citi, they played a forgettable Citi commercial before the movie. Then this came on the screen:

People actually stood up and danced to this old HBO opening. And I couldn't help cheering along with the crowd.

  2. Mmmmm - remember when you could be in the kitchen watching over the micro popcorn waiting for the WORTHWHILE Saturday night HBO movie? I miss that!

    And talk about conditioning: I hear this theme song and all I can picture is the opening credits to "Fast Times at Ridgemont High." Another first.

    How we all were awed by the shiny 3D logo - and how much they loved it at HBO, spinning it slowly, wanting us to worship it. The model city flyover I still find great.
